When a customer calls a business using Sonne, we process the voice audio to provide transcription and booking services. We collect: caller name, phone number, email address (if provided), appointment details and call transcripts.
Data is used solely to provide the AI receptionist service — booking appointments, sending confirmations and generating call summaries for the business owner. We never sell data to third parties.
All data is stored securely in Europe. Call recordings are deleted after 30 days. Booking data is retained for 12 months or until deletion is requested.
