How do I set up call forwarding?

On iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → enter your Sonne number. On Android: Phone app → Settings → Call Forwarding → Always forward. You can also contact your carrier to activate it.

Which languages does Sonne support?

English, French, Arabic (including Moroccan Darija), Spanish, Italian and German. Sonne detects the caller language automatically.

What happens when a call is missed?

Sonne answers every call instantly — there are no missed calls. If a query is too complex, Sonne takes a message and notifies you immediately.

Can I change the AI's personality or script?

Yes. During onboarding we train the AI on your business. You can update services, prices, opening hours and FAQs at any time.

How do I cancel?

Email support@sonneai.com with your cancellation request. 30 days notice required. No questions asked.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data stored in Europe. GDPR compliant. Call recordings deleted after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
